If your project requires anyone from a college student to a postdoc, Mitacs provides funding for SMEs, so your contribution can be as low as 45% of the cost of an innovation project. Moreover, a two-year collaborative project with a postdoc⁠ — typically valued at $60K per year ⁠— is now enhanced to $80K a year if your research is in the fields of agriculture and food, artificial intelligence, biomanufacturing, clean technology, entertainment and media, quantum science, or social innovation.*
